    an explicit declaration (e.g. in a letter sent by post, or by fax or by e-mail) informing us of your decision to revoke this purchase. To this end you can make use of our Revocation Form, though this is not a requirement. To satisfy the revocation deadline it is sufficient that you send off your notification of exercising the right of revocation before expiry of the revocation period.

    Consequences of Revocation:


    If you revoke this contract we must immediately return all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a decision made by you in favour of another type of delivery than the most favourably priced standard delivery customarily offered by us), and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we will make use of the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction, unless some alternative has been explicitly agreed with you. On no account will you be charged for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until the goods have been received by us or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier of these two dates.


    You are to send back – or hand over – the goods to us immediately and at any rate within fourteen days at the latest, as from the day on which you notified us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline has been met if you send off the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days. You must bear the direct costs of the return of the goods. You need only bear any loss in value of the goods if, in an examination of the properties, characteristics and functioning of the goods, this loss in value can be traced to unnecessary handling of them.

    Important information: Discontinuation of thermographic paper with BPA on 01.09.2019

    As of 01.01.2020, legislation stipulates that thermal paper containing bisphenol A (BPA) may no longer be put into circulation (BGBI. I p. 2774, 2777).
    We would therefore like to inform you that we will only sell BPA-free thermal paper to you with effect from 01.09.2019. A list of affected products (PDF) can be found here...
